Wedding Reels was established in 2021 with a singular mission: to bring professionalism and organization to the highly unorganized wedding photography industry. We strive to set new standards in quality, reliability, and client service.

How is your team differing from freelancers?

Unlike freelancers who often juggle multiple roles, we operate with a structured team approach. For every project, we assign a dedicated Project Manager to coordinate everything. We have specialized in-house teams for Photography, Videography, Data Management, Accounts, and Video Editing. This division of labor ensures that every aspect of your wedding is handled by an expert, resulting in high-quality output and timely delivery.

What is your working process?

We believe in thorough planning. Our process starts with a consultation to understand your specific requirements and the theme of your event. We study work samples you like and analyze your outfits to plan the shoot effectively. This ensures that the final output aligns perfectly with your vision.

Do you charge extra for travel?

For weddings within Varanasi and its close vicinity, we do not charge any extra travel fees. For destination weddings or events in other cities, the travel and accommodation expenses for the team are borne by the client.
